ARTICOLO 1
La partecipazione al Lə - video festival è rivolta ad artisti singoli e/o collettivi.
È richiesta la maggiore età al momento dell’iscrizione; nel caso di collettivi vale per ogni singolo componente.
Non vi sono limitazioni di provenienza e/o nazionalità.
Non possono partecipare all’open call dipendenti e collaboratori del Gruppo Foppa.

ARTICLE 1

The open call is addressed to solo artists and/or groups of artists.

At the moment of registration it is required to be of age; for groups of artists the requirement applies to each individual member.

There are no limitations in terms of origin and/or nationality.

Are to be excluded from the open call participation Foppa Group employees and collaborators.

ARTICOLO 2
L'iscrizione è gratuita.
Per ogni application form si può candidare un solo video utilizzando esclusivamente Vimeo, con eventuale password, e/o YouTube.
È possibile inviare più candidature.
Gli artisti selezionati verranno contattati via mail per confermare la loro partecipazione al video festival e per l’invio dei file.
Vengono esclusi dalla valutazione tutte le candidature che risultano incomplete e che non rispettano il Regolamento.

ARTICLE 2

The registration is free.

For each application form it is possible to submit only one video and exclusively through Vimeo, with an eventual password, and/or Youtube. More application forms can be sent.

The selected artists will be contacted through email to confirm their participation in the video festival and to send the files.

Are to be excluded from the evaluation all applications that are considered incomplete or do not respect the Regulation.

Per candidarsi è richiesto:
1.Compilazione dell’application form
2. Breve bio dell’artista
3. Curriculum Vitae artistico e portfolio allegati in formato .pdf nominati come segue:
Cognome_Nome_Titolo_Anno
4. Tre still da video in formato .jpeg o .png

Lə - video festival ha una durata di 14 giorni. Dal 21 giugno al 4 luglio verrà pubblicato nel nostro sito un video tra quelli selezionati.

ARTICLE 3

In order to apply it is required:

1. To fill the application form

2. A short biography of the artist

3. An artistic Curriculum Vitae of the artist and portfolio that have to be attached in .pdf format and named as follows: Surname_Name_Title_Year

4. Three video frames in .jpeg or .png format

Lə - video festival lasts 14 days. From June 21st to July 4th one of the selected videos will be published on our official website.

ARTICOLO 4
I progetti candidati verranno selezionati, con la supervisione di Alessandro Mancassola, da: Caterina Atropia, Francesca Bresciani, Alessia Calzoni, Mariavittoria Crescini, Lodovica De Vivi, Melissa Freti, Giulia Gandini, Joelle Lupi, Sulbie Osmani, Alessia Pietropinto, Laura Pintossi, Lorenza Romeo, Giulia Saiani e Natalie Zangari.

La giuria provvederà alla selezione delle opere con decisione insindacabile.

ARTICLE 4

The submitted projects will be selected, with the supervision of Alessandro Mancassola, by: Caterina Atropia, Francesca Bresciani, Alessia Calzoni, Mariavittoria Crescini, Lodovica De Vivi, Melissa Freti, Giulia Gandini, Joelle Lupi, Sulbie Osmani, Alessia Pietropinto, Laura Pintossi, Lorenza Romeo, Giulia Saiani and Natalie Zangari.

Artworks will be chosen at the incontestable discretions of the panel.

ARTICOLO 5
I partecipanti autorizzano Lə - video festival e l’Accademia di Belle Arti SantaGiulia all’esposizione, comunicazione e diffusione al pubblico delle opere o di parte di esse mediante riproduzioni nell’ambito delle iniziative promosse, senza limiti di tempo e luogo, e senza nulla pretendere sul piano economico. Consentono, inoltre, al trattamento dei dati personali, alla riproduzione, all’adattamento e all’utilizzo delle opere, in tutto o in parte, ai fini dell’eventuale realizzazione di filmati video o materiali di documentazione dell’evento o divulgativi. I partecipanti permettono anche la traduzione delle opere in altre lingue ove ciò sia ritenuto necessario ai fini della comprensione dell’opera per il pubblico.
Viene consentito l’utilizzo del proprio nome e della propria immagine nell’ambito delle iniziative promosse. I partecipanti garantiscono che nessuna attività viola i diritti di terzi ed esonerano Lə - video festival o terzi da ogni responsabilità e pregiudizio ad essi derivanti dalle suddette attività.
La candidatura al presente concorso comporta l’accettazione incondizionata e totale delle regole e delle clausole.

ARTICLE 5

Participants authorise Lə - video festival and Academy of Fine Arts SantaGiulia to the exhibition, communication and release of artworks or part of them to the public, through their reproductions in promoted initiatives, without limits of time and place and without demanding financial gain.
Moreover, applicants allow the processing of personal data, the reproduction, the adaptation and the use of their artworks, as a whole or in part, for the purpose of potential creation of recorded videos and materials for the documentation of the event or the creation of publicity material.

Participants also allow the translation of their artworks if necessary for its comprehension by the public. It is also allowed the usage of names and personal images for the purposes of promoted initiatives. Participants guarantee that no activity violates the rights of third parties and exempt Lə - video festival or third parties from any responsibility or bias that may result from said activities.

The application to this contest entails the unconditional and complete acceptance of rules and clauses.

Lə - video festival precisa che i dati personali saranno trattati in conformità al Regolamento Europeo n. 679/2016 (c.d. “GDPR”) e Codice Privacy 196/2003 (come modificato
dal D.lgs. 101/2018).

Il presente Regolamento, soggetto esclusivamente alla legge italiana, viene redatto in lingua italiana e in lingua inglese e in caso di discrepanze la versione italiana deve intendersi prevalente.

Lə - video festival precises that personal data will be processed in accordance to the European Regulation GDPR no. 679/2016 and Privacy Code 196/2003 (as amended by Legislative Decree 101/2018).

This Regulation, exclusively subjected to the Italian law, has been drawn up in Italian and English and in case of discrepancy the Italian version must take priority over the English one.
